Do you think that technical expertise is more important than having a good personality or is having a good personality more important? I think that technical expertise is more important, because it helps more for surviving.

For me, Freind is more important for my life now. Yes, someone say parent, sure I think so family is my heart but who have influence with my life is my friend.
