How many hours do you sleep per day?
I try to sleep 7 or 8 hours per day but it very hard to do that because I have a lot of work or sometime I can't manage my time that is my trouble.

I can please myself about mealtimes, bedtime etc. I don't have a set bedtime, when I can't keep my eyes open, or I can't read what is on the computer screen, that's when I'm ready for bed. I sleep pretty good, but I only sleep for about 5-6 hours a night. Actually it's more like 4-5 hours. Admittedly, depending on how busy I have been, I do seem to enjoy an afternoon nap every three or four days. I do relaxation and meditation which may or may not have something to do with it. Now, most nights I go to bed between one and two and wake up around 6am. I used to worry about getting enough sleep when this began but I feel fine, even better than I did before, so I decided to just go with it. My roommates call me an night owl cause they think I don't sleep or sleep very little.

Fo me, I'm not sure about how long I sleep.
In per day I have a lot of work to do, I so busy in a day.
For example on last friday I went to Su's dorm to do listening plan we were homework all night.
Yesterday I have time to take care myself, I went to bed at 12 pm and woke up at 06.45.
It means around 6 hours that I spend the time to sleep.

I can not to tell you about how long I sleep per day.Because it depend on how busy I have been in a day. Sometime I do my work until at 01.00 am. and I go to bed at 01.45 am.,wake up at 7.45 am. That it mean I have spend the time to sleep about 5 -6 hours per day. But sometime I don't enough sleep in a day. Nowaday,I try enough to sleep even if I have a lot of work to do but I don't forget take care my self.

For me,I can not tell you because in each day I sleep in different time, sometime I sleep at early evening but sometime I sleep at late. The best time for sleep are 8 hours per day. Now, I try to sleep 8 hours per day but I studying in fourth years I have a lot of work in everyday.

I am not sure, it depends on work or project that I have to do in each day. If I have a lot of homework, I won't sleep becase I must do homework all night. But if I don't have any homework, I would try to have beauty sleep.

I know that I close my eyes for a while every morning while it is still dark, so maybe that is called sleeping. If that is true, then I suppose i sleep about 3-6 hours a day (not counting resting my eyes in class )

Anyway, I did not come to the university to sleep. I can sleep..... when .....I.....graduate......m...a...y...b...e

I'm not sure about how long I sleep. I think mabe 7 hour In per day that I spend the time for sleep because I have a lot of work to do, I so busy in a day and I always do homework all night.If it's not finish I will go to sleep late and it depends on the homework and project that I have to do.

I am not sure about how long I sleep because it’s depends on situation of each day. Someday, I sleep 4 hours per day because I must to do my hard homework and quiz about CLIL, MI, thinking skill and whatever. It is makes me sleepy and slow doing especially Tuesday I must to prepare myself about quiz tomorrow. But Saturday and Sunday I always long sleep that a good and freedom day. I sleep 10 hours. I love holiday because I will to long sleep and relax my brain.

I think I sleep about six hours per day because I always go to bed late. Sometimes, I a lot of homwork, reading and do many activity. I know about go to bed late bring me to unhealthy and have many problem with me such as wake up late, take a nap in the class, tired and want to sleep only. I try to go to bed early but I have a lot of homwork and I need to do it and read books. I'm not free but I will try to sleep early in order to healthy and don't have problem when I go to the class.

Each day, I will try to sleep at least eight hours during the evening the afternoon, I will try not to sleep the day because of my disease, sleep difficult at night on a regular basis, but sometimes that is very tired, it will asleep throughout the day.

I'm not sure about how long I sleep. some times I sleep 7 hour per day,each day I sleep 6-8 hours because I do my work so I go to sleep late. It depends on each day. Someday, I feel tired but someday I’m not. If I am exhausted, I will sleep about 8-10 hours. But actually, I always sleep about 6 hours in each day. I cannot skip sleeping because I will be sleepy and fatigued during a day. Then getting sleep enough is important for me.

For me

I am not sure about time that I sleep because in each day I have to do my home work that I will have a long time to do. I have to do my homework at my friend's dormitory sometime the homework finish at midnight. I try to sleep about 7-8 hours per day.

I think I may misunderstand in your topic because I always sleep at night but sometime on day. At night I sleep almost 6-8 hours and on day it depend on my health but I often kepp nap atleast 2 hours per day.

It depends, I'm not often go to bed at the same time, sometimes when I have many homeworks I sleep late, but sometimes when I haven't I sleep eary .So I can't count how long that I sleep.I use to sleep at least 2 hours and the most 12 hours perday.Any I try to sleep early but I can't .Because I study hard and I have many daily homework to do.
