If you want to clever people this is the way to help you…..
1. Read often
Set time aside to read each day. However, don't always read the same type of books. For example, if you are a fan of mysteries, mix it up with a historical biography or science fiction. Subscribe to several newspapers - your local paper, the Wall Street Journal and a trade publication that interests you. Try to read the paper each day before leaving for work.
2. Do puzzles
Crossword puzzles, Sudoku and other word puzzles are terrific ways to work your brain. What's great about puzzles is that they are available online. In days gone by, you could only find crossword puzzles in newspapers or magazines. However, you can now choose from thousands of puzzles on the Internet.
3. Use your opposite hand
If you are right handed, try to use your left hand to do everyday tasks (and visa-versa). By switching hands, you will be exercising the opposite side of the brain. Some tasks will be extremely difficult at first, but over time you can train yourself to be ambidextrous in many instances.
4. Play video and online games
Despite what you might read, not all video games will turn your brain to mush. In fact, many games are designed to improve your memory, develop logic, increase mental speed and boost creativity. Look for "brain games" such as chess, memory games, logic puzzles, word games and many others.

I am not sure that I am exercising my brian because although I thing all the time, I have a headache. And I try to relax my mind and my brian.
And I think you advice is good, thank.
But now I want to sleep so much.

I will exercise my brian by play the game on my cell phone there are a lot of parts such as training, test and challenges. I think this game make my brian think faster about logic and math. I would like to exercise my brain by reading many books but I can't. I think puzzle game is good for improve my brain but when I think I can't do it well so that make I,m boring to do it.

The important thing for the brain is sleeping because if you don't sleep enough you will tired and easily to get sick. I have read about how to make your brain clever from www.teenee.com and I think it is very useful for everyone both student children and adult. There are two thing that exercise your brain first one is practice more get knowledge. After you finish your class you just take your time to find the source to learning and try to practice everyday and the other way is concentrate you should have it because if you mind is muddle you will be silly.

I exercise my brian by practice about listening, speaking and reading.
I like to reading a cartoon book very much because it's can help me to reax.

Not only is exercise smart for your heart and weight, but it can make you smarter and better at what you do. When one exercises,you can think more clearly, perform better, and your morale is better.

I'm not sure how I am exercise my brain. Sometime I drink brand (It's a green box) you can fine at 7-eleven. In the part, I never been Brand because I think it's very expensive (approximately 36 Bath/bottle), but sine some one introduced it to me and I tested it. I think it help me a lot because I have many homework and my brain is work hard everyday. No have time to eercise or tour or do anything much. When I get up in the morning I feel better. I ever compare when I have to do work all nigh and drink brand, with one day I am not drink brand It's very different. When I am not drink it (only many homework day) I will sleepy in the morning and feel tired. But when I drink it I think i'm ok and feel better. It's depend on person. Finally, don't take care your self and your brain. It's very important of you.

- Prepare Taxes.
- Build your “cognitive reserve”.

There are many ways to exercise my brain.
-Play a puzzle game strengthen spatial thinking abilities, and this will boost your cognitive performance. Many researches have shown that when word searches are completed on a regular basis, spatial thinking skills become heightened.
-Play Computer Games: Several studies have revealed that playing computer games enhances memory.
- Do some creative Writing: Writing can be therapeutic in that it relieves the mind of negative experiences. The mind tends to become relieved when painful emotions of the heart are dispelled. But more importantly, it sets the tone for the growth of additional dendrites for the neurons. In short it causes the brain to grow.
-Take a drawing class and learn how to draw, or practice some advanced techniques if you know how to draw already. This is an art that can be done by anyone. It only requires one to make a connection between the inner world of imagination and their external, physical world; It is one of the perfect media for exercising the neurons; especially when the neurons have sprouted some new growth - newly formed dendrites. Numerous studies have shown that this exercise saves the newly formed dendrites from trimming themselves off because of the lack of use.
- Learn how to Knit and Practice it in Your Spare time: Many psychological studies show that Knitting and crocheting promote mental equilibrium. They force one to decrease his / her busy pace of life and concentrate on "mental expansion". Mental expansion leads to better cognitive performance.

I have eating way to exercise my brain. I proud to present how to eat benifit.
- Eat foods containing omega fatty acids (known to boost intellectual stamina) such as flax and hemp seeds, and fish.When you're eating a meal, stop when you're satisfied, not when you're full. Don't you hate when you feel as if your stomach is full? This is a sign that you have made a mistake in the way you just ate. After you're done eating, your stomach should not feel empty, but also not completely full. Acquire the habit of eating slowly so you can stop when you are satisfied, not full; the brain needs about 20 minutes to get the "Not hungry anymore" signal.
- Eat only when you're hungry.. Modern Western culture seems to think that people get hungry at about 9 AM, 12 noon, and again at 6 PM. While this may be a generally good schedule for eating, remember that (usually) you don't have to eat at meal time if you're not hungry yet. Also, if you are hungry between meals, go ahead and have a healthy snack. It's not good to starve yourself between meals; if you allow yourself to become too hungry, you'll just overeat when the meal comes. It's all about listening to your body. You cannot follow this suggestion, however, until you have mastered Step 2, knowing when you're hungry. Another thing to remember is that by eating a little bit whenever you're hungry throughout the day, you shouldn't be eating so much at meal times, because you won't be as hungry and because you haven't waited and starved yourself. If you follow the suggestion of eating between meals if you're hungry, but continue to eat the same amount as if you had not snacked at meal times, you'll only end up gaining weight.

I improve my brain with Crossword Puzzle. This is an activity to work my brain. A crossword is a word puzzle in which you try to fill the white squares with phrases or words. You are given clues to what these phrases could be and fill in your answer accordingly. I think you should implove your brain like this. But nowaday there are many game to implove my brain. You can choose one to get a good skill.

When I work hard and need a brain to think too much until the brain feels tired. I have a personal techniques to relax the brain that is sleep. Sleep is one activity that helps the brain relax more after the wake and when I wake up I always feel better. More than that, I have many ways to help nourish the brain or in memory such as Chewing gum. Will help stimulate the brain because when we chew gum it can exercise the brain at the same time too. It help our brain have a good memories.

The brain is important for every body, so how to exercise your brain?
-Take classes to learn something you've always wanted to understand.
-Do games and puzzles such as crossword puzzles, Sudoku and Scrabble.
-Read often, with a lot of different types of books such as magazine, news, sport books, cartoon books or any kinds of books that you like.
-Remember and repeat groups of words.
-Play computer brain games, such as Brain Age for Nintendo DS.
-Test and monitor your memory and attention with special computer games.
-Eat foods containing omega fatty acids such as flax and hemp seeds, and fish.
-Try to do math functions. Mathematics is a good thing to exercise your brain.
-Learn new words from a word a day calendar or dictionary.
-Use your left hand if you are right handed, and reverse, to exercise the opposite side of the brain.
-Learn to read and play music (the music that you like but I think classical music is known to have the best effects. )
-Draw or paint.
-Avoid watching TV for hours; solve puzzles while watching TV to increase multitasking.
-Never avoid breakfast, it's essential for your brain to function efficiently.
Then also remember to exercise your body.

Looking at myself, I must admit that I do not play as much as I should. So I went around the web and searched for places where I can play games to have fun and exercise my brain. What I want are places where I can play for free and – whenever possible – play alone without having to find partners first. This way I can easily exercise my mind whenever I want.

For me, I like to listening songs that is the my best way to exercise brain. The kind of song are classic, jazz and pop. In addition I like to see the movies with friends that a good activity to exercise brian too. I like those activity much.

Most people are aware of the fact that the brain must be exercised to maintain its capacity to remember, but not many are cognizant of the magnitude to which these exercises must be done. However, to exercise the brain effectively, we must give it a variety of novelty activities. Each hemisphere controls a different aspect of thinking and memory. Since our memories are stored in different parts of the brain, then to improve memory, I must exercise the whole brain.
A good way to exercise the whole brain is to give it a variety of novelty activities. This way I will maximize our mental workouts, and get the neurons to perform at their optimal level. The following activities have proven to be some of the best ways to stimulate these brain cells and have fun at the same time such as listen to music, close my eyes 5 minute and sit down lonely.
