If you want to keep your body fit, I have the easy way to tell you
1. Take a sleep for 7 hours. The average adult sleeps less than 7 hours per night. In today’s fast-paced society, 6 or 7 hours of sleep may sound pretty good. Sleep is important for concentration, memory formation and the repair of damage to your body’s cells during the day.
2. Do n't skip breakfast. Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism, burning calories from the get-go and giving you energy to do more during the day. People who skip breakfast often feel so hungry that they eat more later on. So they get more calories than they would have if they ate breakfast. In fact, people who skip breakfast tend to have higher BMIs than people who eat breakfast
3. Eat fruits and vegetables as often as you can. Fruits and vegetables contain numerous nutrients that are necessary for the proper functioning of the human body. Vitamins and minerals are prevalent in most every fruit and vegetable that you can eat. The National Cancer Institute recommends at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day, but more can be even more beneficial to your health.
4. Exercise Daily. It is healthy to exercise 60 minutes daily to keep the body fit. It will burn the fats and calories you have taken from eating your meal. Walking the family dog, cycling to school, and doing other things that increase your daily level of activity can all make a difference.
5. Visit your doctor for annual tests. Those annual tests are covered by your health insurance or can be performed through free or low cost programs. Routine tests can catch problems early on before they develop into real trouble later. Don’t let it grow into a big issue that costs a lot to deal with. So just remember that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

How to keep fit for me there are sleeping early night and wake up early in the morning. When you wake up you have to drink much water as you can may be 1 bottle of water. Then have a breakfast for keep up your brian. When you finish class you have to work out for 30 minutes to 1 hour. If you can do like this I think You can keep your body fit. I now I have to get an exercise very much because I think my weight is over.

I really know how to keep my body fit such as get up in early morning,have breakfast,don't go to bed too late,always go to exercise,eat more fruits and vegetable and don't drink alcohol but I can't do all of that.But the important thing that I never do for long time it is go to exercise.I want to lost the weight but I can't,now my weight is 53 Kg it too fat for me.My friend told me that her will take me to go to exercise.

It seems to be easy that keep our bodies fit. There are many activities that keep our bodies fit. First, we should to get up early and exercise. It is important for everybody to keep our bodies healthy. Then, we should to exercise everyday at least 30 minutes. Second, we should to sleep enough. Many people are unhealthy because they sleep not enough. Normally, we should to sleep 6-8 hours per day. Third, we should to eat various nutrients from food. Eating good food is also important because our heaths need various nutrients. We should not skip the meal especially in the morning. These are the ways that I keep my body fit.

There are many way to make your body fit
1. Exercise, you can walk or run to your class instead of use a car or motorcycle if you have more time you can go to the fitness.
2. Get away from fast food, I recommend you to eat papaya salad because it can save your money and no calories.
3. Do not sleep late, you should go to bed early because if you alway slep late youwill be fat soon.
4. Take your time to relax, you can go wherever you want to go or do whatever you want to do it is can make you happy and make your looking good

For me, there are many way to keep fit and I like to search the information from the internet. For example,12 Affordable Ways To Good Health
#1 Exercise, and at the very least, just walk.
#2 Sleep earlier.
#3 Consider vitamin supplementation.
#4 Think twice about joining weight loss programs.
#5 Eat more vegetables, cut down on red meat, caffeine, sugar and salt.
#6 Never skip breakfast.
#7 Never eat an incomplete meal.
#8 Don’t let yourself go hungry.
#9 Don’t stress out.
#10 Wash your hands often.
#11 Toss the vices.
#12 Visit your doctor for annual tests.
It is the good way that easy to do. I think everyone can do it. I try to do follow these ways because I want to keep fit.

Walking is the best exercise.It is safe also.Walk briskly for one hour in the morning.
Try to touch your toe by bending your spine without bending your knee.
Again stand erect.
Do the same exercise.Repeat this 50 times.
Do skipping 100 times daily.

I would like to my body fit. I will exercise everyday or I play volley ball. Then, I will drink water about six glasses per day and eat vegetable.

-Try to sleep enough per day. This way is difficult for me because I have a lot of work. I have to do them before deadline.
-Try to drink enough water. This way can help me fresh and healthy.
-Eat five food groups. This way has benefits for shape and health. Sure!!!
-Don't serious (If I serious, I usually eat and eat. It can make me fat more.)
-Exercise (This way is the best way for diet.)
-The important way is smile. I have to smile to myself. Smiling is the sign for me that I can do it. Don't give up.
