But I don't khow that how to change it better.

I would like to hire the native speaker to teach the students every grade.
I would like to open English club which has many aims, such as English for tourism, English for Analysis reading, English Error Analysis, English Structure, etc. I think it will be very good for the children to join the club and have fun with the activity.
In addition, i want to support and active the student to create the show in each morning. I think i would be awesome!

I think Thai teacher can be a good English teacher because they understand the students 's content. However, we should find native speaker to teach them too because all the student will familiar with the accent of native speaker. When I studied at high school, there is not native speaker so cannot speak and listen. I must begin again at the university. I'm be serious because I'm not happy to study with the native speaker or Thai teacher because they also use English all the time. Now, everything is better.

If you were the director of a school I will consider the person who want to be an English techer in my school carefully.For the first quality ,that they have to got is graduate from the Faculty of Education and majoring in English.I think the person who will be come a techer must study in English because they will tech my students better than others.I will command English tecers speak and talk to thier students inEnglish when they have class for practice and improve English skills for students.
