Yes, I have. When I was high school student, I was very fat so I wanted to lose my weight. I tried to do every thing that I thought it can make me slim. The important way that I chose to do the first was did not have dinner. I did not have dinner so in the morning on next day, I did not concentrat in the class because I felt like I had a head ache and hungry every time. Therefore, I quited to lose weight by on diet because it was not good for my health, I thought I should lose weight by other way that better for y health.
