Infact chewing gum can help me to clean my teeth after eat it can help me confident and dare to speak out. But some chewing gum has a lot of sugar that make me toothache and make me fat. So thay the best way for me is brush my teeth instead of having a chewing gum.

Yes,I do. I like to buy a sugar free chewing gum because it will not makes my teeth become decay.
