For me, I can greatly improve my health 5 ways.
The first, eat breakfast. Breakfast gives my energy for the morning.
The second, go for a walk. Walking is a good exercise, and exercise is necessary for good health.
The third, protect my skin. Use lots of moisturizer and sunscreen.
The fouth, do something to challenge my brain. For example, do a crossword puzzle or read a new book.
The last, drink eight cups of water every day. Water helps my body in many ways.
Especially, now, everyone should to take care yourself because season is changing.

Fisrt: Each day I will eat fruit or vegetable more meat or pork .
Second:Just make myself relax and always smile althought I'm serious. Very Happy
Third:I will invite my friend to see the movie I mean comedy or romantic movie.
Forth:Try to do some exercise after class or walk to the class instead of use elavator.
All of this is my way to improve my health it's easy to do for me and I suggest everyone to do it if you like.

Yes, I can. I have three ways for impoving my health.
First I eat breakfast everyday because it is so important for health but dinner isn't impotant so don't eat a lot portein. I know that but i cann't do it.
Second I go to exercise. If i have the time but now i don't have the time. I have a lot of work.
Third I eat a lot of vegetable and a lot of fruit. This thing i can do it now.

For me

Yes, I can. There 3 ways for improving my health. The first I eat 3 meal consists of breakfast lunch and dinner moreover I will eat many fruits and many vegetables which these are benefit for me. The second I will enough sleep at night because when I got up at the morning I feel fresh and can do everything. The third if I have a free time I will go to exercise for healthy.

I think there are many ways improve my health but i cant do not it often.
Besides I will drink a lots of water and I will try to exercise. Moreover I will take a rest as well. I will eat only the benefited foods.

For me.
I think many way to improve my health the first thing drinking the water 6-7glasses per day because it can help reducing blood press.
next eating a lot of vegetable because the carbohydrates in fruit and vegetables are great sources of energy.
Finally exercising 3 day per week because it can burn calories and keep weight off
then there are the best way to improve my health and help you have a good health.

There are many way to improve our health but, I will offer the general way. I think that many people know it already. First, eat five foods group. Second, drink clean water 8 glasses per day. Third, do the exercise 3 time per week. Fourth, sleep 6-8 hour per night. Five, make yourself relax and don't serious. These are the ways to get healthy.

Now I have a fever. It's very bad. It hard to breath.

I have three ways to improve my health. The first one, execise about 3 times per week. I this way it's very easy to do for example jogging. The second one, eat a lot of vegetables. It's can protect you from cancer. And the last one, has happy face. Don't be serious about anything.

Yes, I can. There are many ways to get healthy. First enough sleeping is important to all people. Everyone need to take enough a rest in each day. Normally people must sleep 6-8 hours per day. Second, exercising is also important but nowadays a few of people are going outside to get firm body by exercise. Third, people should to drink enough water in each day. Normally people drink water eight glasses or 5-8 liters per day. The last, people should to have the food that there are several of nutrients. There are four ways that I need to follow but exactly, I cannot to do that especially the second; exercise I cannot to do.

Yes,I can.There are many ways to improve my health.First, exercise three times a week by at least 30 minute per day.Because it makes my health strong and healthy.Moreover,for people who are innsomnia exercise can enable them to fall asleep more easily.Second, enough sleeping is important to all people. In generally,people must sleep 6-8 hours per day.Finally, in every morning I have breakfast before I go to study every times because breakfast is most important meal of the day, and without it your body will not work properly.
